Samuel Binyou book
What if thinking didn’t just happen with the brain… but with the whole body? In a world where learning is often static, Brainball, intelligence in motion, offers a revolutionary approach that reconnects body and mind. Through an innovative method blending physical activity and cognitive stimulation, this book demonstrates that movement is an essential key to better understanding, memorizing, and creating. Based on empirical research, this book invites teachers, educators, coaches, and curious minds to rethink how we learn and teach. Movement becomes a true lever of intelligence, fostering concentration, creativity, and engagement. Accessible, inspiring, and resolutely forward-looking, Brainball paves the way for a new pedagogy: dynamic, inclusive, and profoundly human. What if intelligence were, above all… in motion?
